HOW DOES IT WORK ?

It's fun and easy to get started. You can join as existing challenge. Or you can host your own challenge and invite your friends, organization, or school to be a part of it. Each person gets a daily email with a suggestion for a small act for the day. You can share your reflections online with others and, where possible, meet in-person with your group.[more]

WHY SHOULD I DO IT ?

  • Leading research is now showing that there may be a common method to addressing the ever-increasing imbalances in our society. Though shifting our own perceptions with small acts in our daily lives.

  • We each are part of a whole and everything we do (every thought, word and deed) affects that whole.

  • Grow together as a community by doing this with our own group, sharing stories of our acts and co-reflecting

  • Build our kindness muscles by creating good habits.
