Give Up A Guilty Pleasure : All of us give in to small temptations. A cup of coffee? A piece of chocolate? A new magazine, or a shopping-spree that you really didn't need? Whatever your particular guilty pleasure may be, today is the day to hold back. Rather than automatically follow your impulse to indulge in a small pleasure, step back and simply observe how your day unfolds without it. Sometimes, deciding to go without can be a powerful path to recognizing what our true needs are, and what we can let go of. Consider this a great day to exercise your ability to live with less!
