My grandparents gave me the gift of their time and care. When with them, I always felt noticed and loved. They loved spending time with me and I loved hearing their stories of life long ago. It was a gift that made me love history and feel connected when my nuclear family felt like it was falling apart. In their honor, I will foster my children's relationship with their grandparents.
