I went shopping at Walmart yesterday and couldn't find the item i was looking for. I asked a worker for help and she didn't just point me in the right direction, she walked all the way across the store with me in an effort to help me find what I was looking for. When we still couldn't find it, she double checked with other staff to make sure they didn't carry that item. She did all this with a smile and an arm load of clothes she had been stocking when I first asked for assistance (even though I told her she could just point me in the right direction). I was so impressed with her customer service and her kindness, I made sure to get her name so I could post a thank you note to her on store's Facebook page. I wanted to make sure everyone knew how helpful she had been.
