Thank you, all you dear KindSpring friends, for all the wonderful support and inspiration I received yesterday about needing some "Vitamin Sea". All of you were so helpful and all your great advice has been taken to heart. Am focusing on the calming and healing nature of the sea, not only because I have just come from there, but because I wish to carry it in my heart each day.
