I'm taking the Science of Happiness course offered through edX/UC Berkeley, which led me to this website. I've agreed to do 5 acts of kindness on 9/28/16 and will return after that date to report how well I accomplished my goal. I'm thrilled to find a website such as this that has a positive, upbeat focus - very different from so much of what I've been seeing/doing in the past years, so I'm looking forward to spending time here.
