--by DotMatrix, posted Jan 21, 2017

Today, the last day of our challenge, we are asked to choose our own mindfulness adventure. I thought it would be helpful to list the topics for the past three weeks along with the inspiring quotes we were given daily. It has been a privilege and a gift to me to walk with you on our journey for the past 21 days. This thread will remain open. You can also access any of the readings any time, no matter when you joined the challenge. I"m very grateful for these moments we've shared together. Namaste.
