Milan went out to look at a few cars for me yesterday. The salesmen at some of the dealerships were very pushy and slick and he didn't like that. The place he liked best was a dealership where the salesmen were kind and flexible and not aggressive. In fact at this dealership, Milan felt so much at ease that he spoke openly and emotionally about my accident. The salesmen gave him the time and space to speak and showed genuine concern. They even honoured Milan's request to bring the car to our home so that I could test drive it. When I made my decision to buy it, I had some questions, concerns and requests. Every concern I had was answered in a calm and easy way. Every request I had was easily met. They gently offered a few extra packages, as I know they must, but when I declined, they were very gracious. I will now highly recommend this place to everyone I know! I'm still experiencing physical and mental pain and their kindness, gentleness and flexibility really made the day special for me. Many blessings to them!
