Shifting Gears
By shifting my "perspective" today I was able to let go of thoughts that were keeping my joy from me. As soon as I was able to "shift gears" I went from being "stuck in park" to "full steam ahead".
I got impatient with myself & so frustrated that I knew better, yet was staying stuck!!! I guess I am kept humble about just how "evolved" I may think I am, by backsliding into old ways of "seeing" .
As Suzuki Roshi advised his students: “You’re perfect as you are, and you could use some improvement.” 😎
Still a "work in progress". ðŸ‘
