This was my water day. I bought a handful of bottles at the dollar store. I packed a cooler this morning with the H2O and a few cans of soda as well as some ice packs.
At the grocery store there was a guy out front who was asking folks for spare change. I don't give out money often, but I called him over and offered him some cold drinks. He was very pleased to take a water and a soda. I also gave him a pack of M&Ms.
On the way home, there were some guys doing road work. I handed one a bottle of water as I drove by. he was shocked, smiled and said, "Thanks, Brother."
