Blossoms in her flowing green hair,
Earth preened her spring magic.
We mortals swept
Her cool blue smiles
Into our revealed selves,
Filling to the brim
Our almost empty buckets.
Ceaseless prayers
Fell from our lips
As gratitude winged
Its way to her,
Our Earth Mother.
