What I treasure about Sunday's is the time I get to spend with my dad. With my school and his work, I only really get to see him evenings or the weekend.
This afternoon he had to clean a few apartments he had renovated to get ready for an open house. It was only a few hours of work. But instead of him doing it himself, I offered to help.
We had fun, had a few good discussions between the random trips to the paint or hardware store. Reminds me of all the times I tagged along with him to work as a kid.
Makes me smile. I go with him now for the same reason I wanted to go with him as a kid...to spend more time with him :)
