Mindful Here In Now :)

1.When I woke up today I have had an intense dream I felt a bit anxious so I started my mindfulness practice. Right after I logged in and realise that was the actual task for today so I got happy feelings. 2.Then as I went for a run I really appreciate the sounds outside and my breathing and soreness. 3 I sat in the top of the hill where I ran to I sat there to enjoy the view, it was cloudy and cool, I decided to do mindful breathing it was very nice setting to do it, I felt very relaxed and connected to the experience. 4. I had afternoon shift at work so I decided to have some mindful practice so I could have positive energies reloaded for work. 5. After work as a way to really land at home and appreciate I was able to be here and enjoy the moment.
