Kind acts from last days - moving my ass to ,,Christmass concert'' in church yeasterday :)

During last days - almost before en of my ,,Christamass visit in Poland'' I decided to to perform little ,,experyment'' and check how look ther my earning oppurtnites - whether would be a possible for me to survive as a ,,poor writer beggar'' -
Results of the experyment -
Day 1 ( Cracow, Szewska street )
I sit politely in front of the Mc.Donald with label's inscription ,, I'm poor writer and collecting money'' - just sit - not come and not hook passers - shortly saying - ,, I'm waiting for golden rain '' - unfortunately it's not so abudant - after around 4h I heave already 138 PLN - but in my opinion it's lucky result because Cracow's citizens are famous for stinginess
Day 2 -
In second day of begging I decided to try another ,,technique'' - start walk around the ,,Old City'' with my label on the neck and directly asking people for donations - in the result after 3-4 h I had already 80 PLN - comparing to ,,Day 1 '' it's not so impressive ( + little idiot but polite polite conversation with ,, Straz Miejska '' - something like ,, Little Police '' in Poland ) - but I don't care about this too much and porverb says ,, Wheel of Fortune are rolling..''
Summarizing - what is my general opinion about this kind of earnings ? Did I think that mendicancy can be ,,acceptable form or proffesion'' - YES but only in some special circumstances
1. If the beggar is a productive artist in the same time ( and it can any way to prove it )
2. In extremly difficult life situation ( for exampel - lost wallet ) or if the begge is a disability person.
