Although not at home at the moment - I am staying with my father - I decided to do some litter picking as a contribution to the local community. That felt good, and I got some exercise to boot!
What made it very special for me was that a car pulled up, and the driver wound down her window. I thought she was going to ask for directions but, instead, she simply said, "You're brilliant. What you are doing is brilliant." That felt good too!
