I always find a person I met through work and who was, for a time, my "boss" to be influential for me. She is a tremendously positive person despite often experiencing physical pain due to a serious car accident quite a few years ago. She is incredibly fair. She is a remarkable listener who easily empathizes with most people. She was a dedicated worker. She remains a dedicated supporter to her family. She is a mentor and someone to whom I will always be indebted for her leadership, kindness and caring. Distance now separates us from one side of the country to the other, but she is often in my thoughts. I am very grateful to have her in my life.
