Stories of Kindness from Around the World

Received one of those work "curve ball" emails today and felt myself starting to react in a negative way, mind started going ten to the dozen, blood started boiling then I stopped and said to myself "No" and started thinking about all the posts and comments of inspiration here at KS, the words "Let it go" "Inhale Love, Exhale Peace" and "you can control how you react to this" came to mind. I put on my CD of mantras, chants and angelic music and felt a total sense of calm. I took the time to compose my reply to email from a space of reflection and openness while at the same time acknowledging how I was feeling. The whole process was quite overwhelming and I can't begin to imagine how this would have turned out a few months ago!

Everything happens for a reason both good and bad, life is full of so many experiences and the Universe serves these up to me on a daily basis, the choice however is in how I choose to react to these experiences. Embracing all life has to offer. Namaste xx
