Several years ago, when I was still working as an administrator at a local university, I noticed on several occasions a student (Muslims do this several times a day) bowing and praying in the vestibule of one of the exits. I remember thinking at the time "that makes so much sense! What a beautiful way to pause and connect with the divine!" I struggle constantly with keeping my thoughts in the present moment, so I much appreciate todays practice.
