I was very mindful of the scenery and the changing skies and clouds while going to work today. I focused on my breath many times throughout the day. I was completely present and focused on my attention to my students (I always try to be!).
Yesterday I took on a 30 day "yoga challenge" online and found it helped me be more aware of my body and posture and so today I was very mindful of how I walk and stand. Today I will also try to be very mindful of my speech.
