I read the link above about mindfulness. It was really interesting! Ive got a lot of room for growth... And being present is one Ive been working on. My husband and I watch tv each with our Ipads as well, and i realised we developed some bad habits. I went off facebook because of the distraction elements, and made an effort to see my friends for real rather than read their status updates. Im looking forward to today. I like the app idea, but im going to set my phone up for five alerts throughout the day :-)
