Stories of Kindness from Around the World

There seems to be a reoccurring theme of late; the ups and downs of life. It isn't always easy to remain upbeat and positive nor is it reasonable to expect ourselves to be. There are life experiences that drag our spirits down, illness, money worries, loss of a job and health which are all part of living. There are also moments filled with light and joy; a birth, weddings, a new job also part of life as well as all the quiet peaceful times filled with ease and contentment. Finding moments of lightness to help us deal with what life deals to us; sitting quietly in nature, a walk in peaceful silence alone or with someone else, a meaningful conversation with someone we respect and admire, birthday and anniversary celebrations, time spent resting and relaxing at home.
