I could not make it home for my Father's 80th birthday, b
ecause of some health challenges I'm having. Instead, I completed, using a template on Word, and highlighters, a "fun"ky art project, listing 80 things I appreciated and loved about my father.
We were never really close...and this act was healing for both of us. Miraculously, it has shifted how we see each other and our relationship.
