    I don't get to meditate every day but I do try to be mindful of the present. Today I took several breaks from my chores and just closed my eyes and tried to think of nothing.

    Today I smiled at a baby while waiting in line at the grocery store. The baby rewarded me with a huge smile and "Hi!". The baby's mom turned to look at me and smiled too! Smiles are the best!
