21: Let Compassion Lead The Way

Compassion is an action word with no boundaries. --Prince

Let Compassion Lead The Way: Today is the final day of our 21-Day Karunavirus Challenge! Over the past 20 days, you have witnessed, through our reflections, a collective willingness to connect and to support one another with compassion, while facing the pandemic and physical separation. At the heart of "karuna" is a deep understanding of our fundamental interconnection and our great love and care for all. When we slow down, we have an opportunity to remember who we truly are, to re-discover our gifts, and to rest in an expanded awareness. With that new awareness, we can deepen our relationships and engage in meaningful social interactions, in-person or online. When we brighten one another's path, we light up our own. No kindness will be wasted. Together, when we approach life with a lens of love and compassion and tap into the deep source of life within, a more beautiful and regenerative world is possible. Also, don't underestimate the power of self-compassion, as a doctor said. May our compassion -- rather than fear -- go viral. Today, reflect on your experiences over the past three weeks, identify one of the actions that sparked your heart, and try to incorporate that into your life. That may be one of the greatest gifts that each of us can offer to the world. :)

An Invitation: As we are approaching the end of our Challenge, if you'd like to circle up with fellow participants around the world and share with each other our co-created experiences in the past 3 weeks, you can RSVP here if you haven't done so.

REFLECT AND SHARE

Share your reflection on a dedicated feed on KindSpring, and by the end you'll have a collection of beautiful entries in one place! You can also read thoughts from other people and browse through additional resources and inspiration.
