Small consistent actions performed over 21 days can create a significant impact in our personal lives. When these actions are done by groups of people the impact ripples out even further.
The 21-Day Challenge series includes a Kindness Challenge, a Mindfulness Challenge, a Gratitude Challenge, an Eco-Footprint Challenge and more. KindSpring is home to challenges with
participants.
It's fun and easy to get started. You can join an existing challenge, or you can host your own challenge and invite your friends, organization or school to be a part of it. Each person gets a daily email with a suggestion for a small act for the day. You can share your reflections online with others and where possible, meet in-person with your group. [5 Steps to Hosting a Challenge]
Leading research indicates that we can address ever-increasing imbalances in our society by changing the way we view and interact with the world.
We each are part of a whole and everything we do (every thought, word and deed) affects the whole.
Taking on a challenge as a group offers the opportunity to grow as a community.
It's a great way to reinforce and build positive habits.
It's a whole lot of fun!
