Today, I received renewal decisions for one of my clients and instead of waiting for my client manager to ask me to update the communication pieces, I approached her and told her I saw the email come through and that I would update everything to reflect the renewal decisions. She was extremely appreciative that I was taking the initiative and I told her I was happy to help and asked her to send me more projects so she can focus on more pressing items.
