My coworker and I have received a lot of emergency projects over the past few weeks that we have had to move on quickly due to pressure from senior leadership. I'm in more of an advisory role, so my coworker has been doing the brunt of the work. Today while we were sitting down reviewing the documents that needed to get out, I asked if she would like to take a break and get a cookie or scone. We walked together to Specialty's and were able to take a breather from work, and I treated to her a tasty treat. It was a nice refresher prior to diving back into work.
