I should have taken a walk yesterday and I didn't. Decided to take a walk immediately this morning. Had few pieces of mail to toss into the mail box about a block from my house. The pick-up is tomorrow morning, but better early than missing it. As I was walking, a door to one of the homes opened and an elderly woman (I know her) stuck her head out and asked if I could take some of her mail. She uses two canes to get around, so I know that it would be difficult for her to walk down the block. Was so happy to do it for her. An easy, but helpful act.
