Day #14: Smile and Say Hello. I needed a day in today so I didn’t go out and couldn’t greet strangers with a smile. However, I’ve made this a practice when I do go out and about for a very long time. I’ve just found that smiling at all you meet, stranger or friend, makes getting through your day so much more pleasant. It not only spreads joy, it also spreads Peace.
