Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
Personal reflection:
Our words are indeed powerful. Choose wisely. Take time to reflect before speaking. Especially when in the “heat” of the moment! That can be a challenge, but so worth it.
*Inspired by the book “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Riuz, decided to create a more lasting reminder of the Agreements, from an old quilt, unsalvageable as a quilt, after washing.
