Yesterday a Mindy box arrived, bursting with kindness. "That is a heavy box," Tom said. Indeed. I have already given a poetry book to a patient and brought a colorful little sign and bookmark to a friend who just moved to the neighborhood (she put them on her move-in alter and told me she is inspired to start doing ROAKs now). The cats love their toys and even Hazel tried to get two in her bed before the felines commandeered them. Thank you, Mindy, for bringing inspiration and ever more kindness to spread around this corner of the earth. Everything in the box is so beautiful.
