Betr-frodo: Day 6

--by dotmatrix, posted Oct 19, 2019

Nicole's link is broken today and I haven't yet found the replacement.  But I did find quite a lot of articles about the schedules of historical figures.  The point, of course, is that so many great people through history began and ended and often interrupted the daily schedule with walking. Walking brings so much health.

Instead of walking, I will be using my bike.  Right now walking would make my recovery go sideways or south.  Solomon is a lovely companion but I've been so lazy and resistant to this since Day 1.  I think it's because of pain, but the pain is there regardless. I saw a quote I will put on my wall:

"You don't need to use all your muscles. Only the ones you want to keep."

Gratitudes are in a separate post.

(Later today 19 October 2019)
I made it to Milestone 3!

Day 8, Dassa and Solomon
05.1/60 x 5 minutes - light = .425
06.8/60 x 2 minutes - medium = .227
08.5/60 x 2 minutes - hard = .283
10.2/60 x 1 minute - hardest = .168
____________________________________
= 1.1 miles (Day 8)
+ 2 miles (Day 1)
____________________________________
3.1 miles
Though if I count my Fitbit miles I will get to add more. =)

I used this chart.  The cycling numbers are for speed which I cannot do right now so I just substituted tension 1-5.

Update
I keep thinking of ways to improve this challenge.  One way is to include at least one of the 1-15 mile markers and pages from Sam's journal that I've been creating every day.  That way, if you don't have time to visit the link, you can at least see that.

Also, I'll be including some of my quotes and art and making themes for the gratitudes to make it more interesting.  Hopefully!

If you have any ideas or thoughts, let me know!

♥.
