I hope you've enjoyed this "sacred" week.  Several years ago, a friend posted an "Ego List" on her page.  Ego does this, Ego does that.  It seemed a bit judgy to me, though I know she didn't mean it that way.   I should probably say, it gave my inner critics lots of ammo.  *smirk*  I wondered to myself, "What is the opposite of 'ego?" and came up with the phrase "sacred self."  Then I made this video Ego vs. Sacred Self set to the music of Joe Satriani, one of my favorite musicians.  So, when my Cacophony Chorus started up, I put this on and calmed it right down.
