I forgot to take pics of them, but I made large peace doves out of 12 x 12 paper (beautiful, thick, hand made paper), added a scrolled up letter to each and tucked in and tied to a wing of each dove and sent them to a charity that takes letters people write to elderly people in nursing homes who have no visitors and distributes them. It's called Letters of Love to the Elderly. Rats! I really wished I remembered to take a pic of them. The doves worked well with the thick paper (which would not be good with more intricate origami like angel fish).
