“Advent Basket
Instead of the traditional advent calendar where you GET something each day of December, how about GIVING a little something each day?
Count the days to Christmas with a box or basket tucked under the holiday tree to hold non-perishable food items for donation.
You will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly an item a day adds up!
Who knows? You may want to continue this daily giving year round.”
