🙠Tomorrow is my sister’s Celebration of Life service - a gathering of family and friends from near and far, to honor, remember and share the impact she had on our lives.
â¤ï¸ I’ve made a basketful of memorial Peace Doves with a white heart on each, helped compose the service pamphlets insuring they were correctly printed, the same for the Our Lady of Grace memorial cards - with the memorare prayer imprinted, and assembled sympathy cards with space for more in a decorative basket.
🚢 And then, the day after, MisterM and I leave for an Alaska cruise tour, where we will meet with family and enjoy the beauty of such a wild space together.
Our lives have been a flurry of assembling, packing, and preparing, with the added concern of my other sister being supplied and cared for while we are gone - plus the continued details of settling her here.
Niece has graciously consented to care for houseplants and keep bird feeders and bath filled.
With a supply of Rajni quote cards, Peace Doves, bravelet weaving loom/threads and various crafting materials still to be determined, I am nearing status GO!
With limited internet and since I’m only bringing my cell - mostly to take photos, I will not be “physically” here on KindSpring for a few weeks, except for an occasional hello, now and then.
Please know that you will all journey with me - in heart, thoughts and with every kind act shared.
