Lean In
Lean into love just like we do with a friend or loved one, shoulder to shoulder in comfortable silence. When we are angry lean into love for it soothes the pain that has caused the anger. Lean into love when we are afraid and worried. Neither will do us any good but love will fill our hearts like a soothing balm. When we are feeling lost and along lean into love, allow it to encompass as if it is a warm embrace. Love will not change a situation, but it will help us change our perspective. For when we fill our hearts with love and lean into it resentments melt away like snow on a sunny day. Leaning into love is not always easy and it may leave us vulnerable and yet when we consciously lean in we learn to let go of what does not serve our higher good.
