We live in a townhouse in a gated community. Due to the coronavirus and our lockdown in SA (extended until the end of April) we cannot visit each other. One of our neighbors underwent neck surgery after a bad fall. He is very frail and I wanted to do something for his wife, because we cannot visit him at this stage.
Therefore I bought her some goodies to spoil herself; foam bath, hand lotion and something sweet to eat. (We cannot even buy flowers at this stage, they are regarded as non-essential, we can only buy food, toiletries and medicine).
She was so grateful when I delivered the parcel at her doorstep. And I was reminded that we can still show we care, even during lockdown.
