Before Christmas I put something aside to give to the lady who regularly brings our post and sometimes collects the post I'm sending. Then the schedules changed and we didn't see her. I kept the small package visible and this week, I had a package waiting to be collected.
The doorbell rang on Monday and Richard picked up the package to go and the little Christmas stocking. It was our lady and he gave her the stocking with the words, Happy Christmas/Happy New Year - we've missed you. He said she thanked him with a big smile!
