📕 🌲 As simple as sitting on a park bench reading a book this morning...

❤️ Kindness comes even when not looking for it….a few passers by shared a good morning, a smile, a small chat when I looked up from my book….connected with park friends I knew, as well as a few passing strangers. All it took was looking up once in a while & making eye contact.

🫶🏽 So easy to share simple kindness.

On the way out of the park as I was heading home I passed an elderly Chinese man sitting on a bench…we made eye contact..I said good morning , it’s a nice day to him, using the little Chinese I have learned. He lit up and smiled wide ….we both nodded and laughed together. 🤣

Oh yes, even before I walked to the park, kindness came when I crossed paths with a sanitation worker who shared his beautiful energy…a big hello, how ya doing he said with his beautiful smile..we wished each other a good day…big grins & good vibe meet 👌🏻
