Stories of Kindness from Around the World

A Library of Love

--by KiwiCat, posted Mar 4, 2016
These are some of the kindness packs I left in the little free library this hot afternoon. I didn't feel like walking in the heat, but Roux, my dog, was giving me "The Look" for her second walk. Because I was out walking past the library stand, I thought I would drop off some novels. I always try to leave children's books too, but I don't have any at the moment. Instead, I left a new colouring book, new pencils, bubbles, a Mindy peace dove, a homemade kindness bookmark, an explanation note and a Smile Card.  Although I hadn't wanted to walk in the heat, the warmth of doing a kindness didn't bother me one bit.
