Not sure how this qualifies for a RAOK, but I had to share. Two and a half years ago I gave this guy relationship advice. Today he made my day by getting back to me:
"Thank you for your brilliance. I initially wrote to you out of desperation when my girlfriend left me about two and a half years ago. I was blown away when I heard back from you! I figured you'd be just like everyone else and too busy for the little guy, but then you wrote me back. I just wanted to let you know that (my girlfriend) and I got back together, got married, and are expecting our first child in October. Thank you very much for your wisdom in each of your books. I'm currently reading 'A Labor with Love' for the second time."
I think I am the recipient of the act of kindness this time!
