Yesterday on Tamal Road an energetic group of entrepreneurs had set up a make-the-season-bright stand.
They were hawking their wares either for free or for $1. You guessed it -- they had me reaching for that dollar in my pocket.
And, if there was any confusion about when they were open, there is "lunch break at 12 : pm" and "not lunch." for every when else.
