I am thankful to have been blessed with the mother who gave birth to me and raised me. She has the most amazing heart and loves everyone unconditionally.
She treats everyone equally, regardless of who they are or what they have or don't have. She has never had much. I remember when she only had $5 left for a week, she took soup to a sick neighbour and shared what little food we had.
She has modeled for my siblings and me how to be the best we can be. I am grateful to have grown up with nothing more than the roof over our heads and food on the table. I feel so proud of how well mum provided for us. Mostly I am grateful for the limitless love we felt growing up.
