Sharing Amla with PapayaCare Staff and Residents.

Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is considered very healthy food. It is available for a few months during winter. Because of its medicinal properties, it can be used pickled, as a powder, in the form of juice, dry pieces with some herbs or preserved with sugar. Some people cook them and make Jelly like with some spices like cardamom powder, saffron powder and sugar etc. Some people make achar like called Murabba.

After washing thoroughly, I made pickled Amla. After cutting into pieces I added water , salt and turmeric powder. I keep it in kitchen refrigerator and inspire any one to eat.

I am grateful to Sri Sathya Sai Baba for all the opportunities sending my way and His help and guidance to manifest them..

I'll spring on anything that has money. Just how mom raised us kids. She thought she was some kind of royalty but as it turns out her and dad just are free loaders on a high train.
