☔️ Rainy Day Kindness….
☎️ Startled by a very early phone call yesterday morning, we picked up the phone hoping it wasn’t bad news….
It was our longtime roofer, who lives nearby, calling us. He had been driving down our block at dawn & saw a car parked in front of our home with the driver side car door wide open, in the pouring rain ☔️ & no one inside the car. He stopped his car, got out & closed the open car door.
He was calling to let us know & asked if we knew whose car it was. 🚙
❤️ It was kind of him to stop his car, and get out in pouring rain to do that. Some others driving by who noticed might not have stopped to help that way. We thanked him for doing that & for his kindness.
We did not know whose car it was but did see the owner come to get in the car later & went out to let him know.
