🌲 ☀️ Kindness in the Park….Given & Received
❤️ I love our local park….it’s only a few blocks from our home….it’s where my husband & I met almost 50 years ago….diverse population of friendly people 👌🏻
Kindness sharings:
📕 Several folks who often see me sitting on a bench there reading a book, after my walk there, have stopped to ask me what I’m reading & ask me about it. This morning one of the ladies, who sometimes sits with me to talk, stopped by and was excited to tell me she was able to get one of the books I had recommended at her library. It made me smile at how happy she was about it 😊
🗣 Two folks I often chat with stopped by this morning ….they had never met, so I introduced them to each other & we all had a fun chat together , a rather lengthy chat , so I didn’t get much reading done there, lol.
They both recommended & raved about a food item sold at BJ’s, one of those huge supermarkets that sell in bulk that I never go to because huge stores overwhelm me.
I knew one of my neighbor friends on our block shops at BJ’s, so when I got home from the park I asked her if she’d pick one up for me next time she shops there & guess what, she was just about to go there & was happy to do….love the synchronicity 👌🏻
