I'm Waiting At The Hospital

--by DANCE, posted Dec 27, 2025
I'm waiting at the hospital for an appointment. The nurse is lovely and it's nice to see the welcoming decorations on the boards, it makes a difference. The lady at reception was so very kind and helpful. I left her one of our beautiful kind cards and I think she was very happy :-)
I keep thinking how lucky I am to be walking in and out this time. I saw many being moved on their beds and remembered ...so I made sure to get closer to look at them and smile. They all smiled back, it felt so heartwarming. Such a small thing that helps so much when one is vulnerable.
