I just joined a couple of days ago myself & love it so much, I have a hard time tearing myself away to go to any other sites, or even do household chores! LOL I just love & enjoy reading all the touching, inspiring, and heartwarming stories. God Bless you and yours always!

For myself, I find reading stories about people RECIEVING kindesses is really moitvation, because it not only gives you ideas for what to do, but you get to see how kindness can affect the reciever... which always makes me go, "Ooh, *I* want to make someone feel good like that!"

Thank you for doing good deeds. Keep it up :)

Now, before every action, I have realized that I see a choice ... How do I use the rising energy ... why must I dissipate it to burnout, judgment, frustration ... I have it coming from within and I thank the moment but now I see I can use it to bring out an action of kindness ... How does it matter if I use the energy kindly ... I am sharing how the energies from within can be transformed ... at some point, use this energy for yourself to be kindly to yourself as Inneralchemist points out ...

Kindness can be shown in many ways as you will know. You are off to a brilliant start and will finish up just as brilliantly i am certain.
For example, you are going to help a friend who is being bullied. Do you have any family or friends who do not get out much or even that you have not been in contact with for a while? You could take a few minutes to telephone them to touch base with them.
Hold the door open for the next person coming through. Smile at everyone you meet and say "good morning".

I am now doing the rice clicks very day whenever i get a little bit of time to spare. Spreading the kindness.
Good luck and keep on doing what you know you can do.

Trent wrote: You ask a good question! I try every morning to get motivation. I have to try different things, and it doesn't always work. But i have a small list from which i pick an activity:
- write a thank you note to someone.
- write a note to my wife or kids for them to find during the day.
- identify just one thing that day that i can look forward to.
- read from the good news sites i've collected (eg. Www. Goodnewsnetwork. Org)
- read helpothers. Org, looking for the ones i like, eg. Where someone has been helped by someone else (and skipping the ones where someone talks of their own kindness).
- any other meditation. Even brainstorming what inspires you and creating a list. (concrete action is typically helpful. )
- exercise or stretching (eg. Yoga). You'd be surprised!
