Smile Cards And Music On The High Street

--by Bluebell, posted May 27, 2011

It has been raining a lot in my little town, and that can make you feel as if you are carrying a cloud on your head. Today I went to town to get a few bits and pieces and I was surprised by a trio of man playing beautifully trumpets. I have heard all sorst of instruments being played in the high street  but never these ones, and the music was happy and contrasting with the rain.

As I walked by, I noticed that they didn't have much money in their box. Something inside of me wanted to give them something more than my change. So I decided to go to the card shop. I bought a thank you card and wrote a few lines saying "thank you for being a ray of sunshine in such a grey morning", in the envelope I also included some change and of course some Smiel Cards :) When I was going to try to find them again, I noticed that they were packing to leave but even so droped the card on their box said thanks and went back to the shopping centre to get some food.

On my way back, I noticed that they had move a little bit down the street (only 20 metres or so from the palce where they were) and were playing again to my delight.

From now on I think I am going to make thank you cards to go along with my smile cards, they fit together beautifuly.
